Construction Monitoring Projects:

PreConstruction Document & Cost Reviews normally include an overall review of the site/ building envelope, structural, mechanical/electrical systems, ADA and code compliance. Reviews typically include a cost analysis and comparisons of various building components which are analyzed using RSMeans industry standards. 

Construction Monitoring services are normally performed on a  monthly basis.  A typical progress report will include a written description of on-going construction activities and events, an assessment of the monthly draw-down of funds and progress photographs.    

Facility Assessment Services include:

Shopping Plaza in conjunction with a freestanding Walgreens store
$6 million budget – Shopping Plaza.  $2.3 million - Walgreens.
  Granite Lofts – Quincy, MA
Mixed-use type project consisting of two buildings 3 and 4-stories in height. 
The project has 74 residential condominium units including an HMO clinic.
