PreConstruction Document & Cost Reviews normally include an overall review of the site/ building envelope, structural, mechanical/electrical systems, ADA and code compliance. Reviews typically include a cost analysis and comparisons of various building components which are analyzed using RSMeans industry standards.
Construction Monitoring services are normally performed on a monthly basis. A typical progress report will include a written description of on-going construction activities and events, an assessment of the monthly draw-down of funds and progress photographs. |
